A while back I had a thought about leadership. People don’t pick leaders, people choose to be leaders. Out of the people who chose to be leaders, those are the people who get chosen as the leaders. If you want to be a leader, all you have to do is choose to be the leader. Once you choose, you then have to continue to make the decisions to do what leaders do. What are the next steps in order for you to be the leader in your arena or industry?
