If you want to be successful you need to know why you are investing, that’s going to help guide you down the right path. Investing for passive income by flipping houses doesn’t make sense. Likewise, managing your own properties when you are afraid of confrontation isn’t a winning strategy either. Know what you want. Know what you are good at. Know what you need to hire out.
