Town Makers was started by Monte Anderson, Who since 1984, Monte has been improving the living and working environments in Texas’ southern Dallas and northern Ellis counties. He’s an outspoken man who cares about people, and he is an advocate for policies and practices that serve urban neighborhoods.
Monte works with Mike Keen in South Bend, who is leading the charge to develop the Town Makers formula in the city (listen to their podcast). South Bend Has created The Small Developer Education Series, hosted by the City of South Bend’s Engagement & Economic Empowerment team, provides the opportunity for local small developers and entrepreneurs to gain a deep understanding of the development process.
